We worked closely with a private client in order to create the ultimate family home set in the Warwickshire countryside.
The bespoke oak boot room is a useful area positioned between the hallway and the kitchen. We created an upholstered seating area in faux green leather with deep drawers and punctuated with brushed brass pull handles, so everyone in the family could store their hats, gloves and scarves. And an all important designated umbrella stand for dripping wet umbrellas.
With regular outdoor pursuits enjoyed by the whole family, the client requested a mix of open and closed storage in the boot room. So we hand crafted tall, elegant oak storage for an open cloakroom cupboard specifically for long coats and muddy wellingtons and created lower storage for tucking away shoes beneath an oak framed mirror.
With high footfall and muddy boots en mass, a robust coir mat and natural stone work perfectly together in this boot room, and will age beautifully over time.
For the Powder Room a wonderful mix of classic meets contemporary work so well.
We sourced a stunning geometric patterned wallpaper which creates a striking finish when caught by the light.
The aqua painted wood panelling, deep skirting boards and curved bespoke floating sink cabinet helps create the illusion of space.
And the addition of the privacy blind softly diffuses the light and marries beautifully with the beaded trim detail featured on the roman blind.
